Topics Covered in This Episode:

  • The purpose of the show and what prompted the hosts to start it.
  • Why there must be more than one style of ministering and how God uses each of us to minister in our own natural ways.
  • The need to enjoy the process of ministering and leave behind the guilt sometimes associated with our lack of perfection in this activity.
  • A personal story about how two people with very different styles combined to minister to a family and make a difference in their lives.

Ministering Tips in This Episode:

  1. Use people’s names when speaking to them and praying for them to build a feeling of love for them as you minister.
  2. Invite people to participate in church experiences with you as an equal rather than making your invitation sound like the other person needs what you already have.
